*********************************************************************
* ANSI-chess1.3 doc 4-March-95 *
*********************************************************************
ANSI-chess is Public Domain, so copy it to everyone who wants it.
What is ANSI-chess?
It is a chess-game for two players. It uses ANSI, so if you want to
use it together with a communication-program it has to support ANSI.
This Chess game differs from most in that it's possible for interactive
play. It makes no attempt at keeping track of whose move it is or if the
move was a legal chess move (it relies upon the users who both will see the
other make a move to keep track and keep the other player honest.. as it
would be in a real game of chess.)
There are 2 installer docs, one for cnet and one for DLG, but I'm sure
it won't be hard to install it in any other BBS-system. If there is
any trouble, just let me know. If you could write a doc for your
BBS-system I will be happy to include it in this archive.
How do I use it?
Usage : chess
then there will be help on the screen.
If you like it or have any suggestions, please feel free to send
me a letter. If you find any buggs, please report them to me and I
will try to correct them.
